• Acquisition supports expanded access to AA literature and strengthens public information / CPC outreach.
• AAWS views the acquisition as cost-neutral, supported by an existing base of voluntary subscribers. No drawdown to support this acquisition is anticipated. 
• Immediate updates will focus on aligning content, design, terms, and branding with A.A. Traditions and AAWS digital standards.
